オンライン工作を晒されたホメオパスたち

カナダCBCの消費者番組Marketplaceがホメオパシーを取り上げた回"Cure or Con?"に対抗すべく、ホメオパスたちがオンライン工作をしたら、番組のページに晒されて、企図失敗したもよう：

The Online Campaign

Controversy dogged the "Cure or Con?" episode before it aired. Homeopaths and its proponents were none too pleased with word of our upcoming investigation, and an online campaign was launched to "derail the merits" of our story by sending "positive feedback" to the CBC via email and comment boards.

A viewer forwarded a copy of an email sent out by the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine on January 13, 2011:

A number of homeopathic-related blogs also posted in advance of the program ways one claimed would "establish some facts in the face of this controversy," and provided instructions like this:

4. Be prepared to leave a comment on the CBC and Marketplace website immediately after the programme airs. Go to www.cbc.ca/marketplace/blog/ and check out the comment function right now. Sign up now to create a user’s account so that there will be no delay when you are ready to send your comments. Once the programme has aired, you can leave a comment by clicking on the title, which will take you to a summary page concluding with a link “Share your comment”. This leads to a comment box, which requires that you sign in. CBC monitors and reviews all messages so you may want to read the Submission Guidelines page before planning to send your comments.

なにやらanxiousなホメオパシー支持者たちである。そして、晒されてしまったら、大量書き込みしても、むしろ必死さが逆効果に。

そういうときは、あわてて反応するよりも、落ち着く方が先だろう。abc-homeopathyのオンラインレメディファインダーによれば、そんなときは、CantharisかCoffea CrudaかStrontiumがお奨めだそうである。ということはストロンチウム入り「カロリー2倍、炭水化物2倍、カフェイン2倍、味2倍」のヌカコーラクァンタムでいいかな。

ふと思ったんですが、ホメオパシーに使う水って「飲んだら危険」な超純水より高純度な水でも使ってるんですかねぇ
化学の実験でつかう純水でもホメオパシーの概念からいえば有害だと思われるんですが・・・（大笑
