What it actually is is Jonathan Wells' Icons of Evolution rewritten and reworked as a textbook.
この本は法廷闘争を回避するため、少し違った方針をとっている。もちろん、どこにも神への言及はない。さらにすすめて、インテリジェントデザインにも言及していない。生物学の現状を示すという口実のもとに、いわゆる進化論批判を載せて、進化論のあらさがしだけをやっている。生物学の部分は浅く、役に立たず、かなり間違っている。進化論批判は基本的には、まさに創造論者の論の再利用である。
これは実際のところ、Jonathan Wellsの"Icons of Evolution"を書き直して、教科書にしたてたものだ。
