この文面のどこにも、この試写会がクローズドなものだとは書かれていない。もちろん、>Get Expelledのサイトにもそんなことは書いていない。

しかし4日後の2008年3月26日に、次のようなメールがExpelledからやってきた：

「サインアップされたCalvary Chapelでのフィラデルフィア試写会は招待者のみです。招待リストにあなたの名前がないので、あなたのオンライン招待メールは無効です」という理由で、"Expelled"試写会からexpelledされた。

前回に以下のように書いていたけど、フィラデルフィアについては、後出しで「福音主義教会経由で参加者を募る」にしたみたいだ：

The Expelled boyos seem to be tightening up their act. Now you can’t RSVP for future events all of which have been removed from the list. Compare this (yesterday) with this.

"Expelled"の試写会案内が厳格になったようだ。試写会リストから今後のイベントがすべて削除されてしまった。昨日と今日を比較してみてほしい。

さて、私は試写会にいけるのだろうか？

何はともあれ、チケットが不要なことを確認しようとして申し込んだやつ多数いただろう。そして、チケットが必要というウソがばれないように、申し込みページを消したというところだろうか。

再登場したときはチケット郵送になるのか？　それとも福音主義教会経由で参加者を募るのか？もう、やめるのか？

The basic incompetence of the Expelled producers continues. This morning I received an e-mail telling me that the scheduled screening (7pm on April 3rd) as been re-scheduled for 6pm on that date. Where the incompetence of these boyos comes in is that they cc’ed a bunch of people on the message and I thus have contact information for attendees - folks with e-mails like "boughtbythecross," "homeschoolma," and "covenant-dad."

As it happens I can’t attend the showing ... wont be missing much.

ということで、時刻変更はあったものの、ご招待は有効らしい。CCにアドレスが色々収録されているというExpelledサイトの愚かな失敗のおまけつきで。

追記:2008/04/03

John Lynch氏のところに試写会がキャンセルされたとのメールが届いた。本当にキャンセルされたのか、Expelled製作者によるウソメールなのかは定かではない。
