卸電力価格上限引き上げを理湯とする、固定レート顧客への加算料金を撤回したテキサス州の電力販売会社

テキサス州の電力販売会社Ambit Energyが、2012年8月の卸電力の価格上限引き上げを理由に、"Power Cost Recovery Factor"という名称で、2012年10月に固定レート顧客に加算料金を請求していた。これについて、テキサス州公共企業委員会のコミッショナーKen Andersonは、価格上限引き上げが、固定レート顧客の契約内容変更の条件となる可能性があると指摘していた。

その後、2012年12月に入って、Ambitは"Power Cost Recovery Factor"を撤回し、払い戻しを実施した。
